The spot
Exmouth Seafront runs east from the estuary mouth along Queen's Drive. It is the open-coast counterpart to the Duckpond: small waves, real chop, and the Exe ebb running hard past the western end.
Most riders use it when the Duckpond is crowded, or when they specifically want something other than flat water. Summer bathing zones are enforced along the main resort frontage.
